Are you ready to consign? Here's how it works:
Consignment Hours: (Updated Hours Starts Nov 4th)
Tuesday: "Walk-Ins" accepted, no appointment needed
Wednesday: "Walk-Ins" accepted, no appointment needed
Thursday: Appointments only (made in advance for larger quantity consignments)
Friday- "Walk-Ins" accepted, no appointment needed
Saturday- "Walk-Ins" accepted, no appointment needed

*How many items can I bring in at one time for "Walk-In Day"? *
Option 1: Sort & Return While You Wait We process your items while you wait in store. Any items we are unable to use we return back to you. This typically takes 15-30 minutes but we will do our best to serve you in a timely manner. Due to this option taking longer for inspection we are only able to look through 20 items each day per consignor.
Option 2: Drop & Donate Are you in a hurry? This option may be for you! Bring up to 30 items in each day and we will sort through at a later time. Any items we are unable to accept will be donated to one of our charity partners. Be sure to notify us at check-in so we can get you checked in quickly (now just 5 minutes or less!)

**There are times we get overwhelmed with "Donates". When this happens we have to pause Drop & Donate but always offer the Sort & Return option.
If you have a history of bringing consignments that require excessive donates we will note your account and ask that you stay in store until we have finished processing your items. This option is for premium consignors that understand our prep work policies and procedures. We are not able to take excessive amounts of donates due to space and time. We appreciate your understanding. Please ask about one of our local charity partners for more information regarding where to take large donations.
Please know we will do our best to offer you prompt service but ask for your patience and understanding during high volume times. We hope you understand from time to time we may have to pause your check-in or pay-out so that we may serve/check-out a customer waiting.
-We accept clothing, shoes & accessories for the entire family.

-We are accepting select home goods and décor. Currently we are accepting Christmas home décor as well.
-We offer our consignors 50% of the selling price once the item sells.
*There will be times we cannot take in new inventory and have to take a brief pause on consignments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please feel free to check our social media, website or call the store to confirm we are accepting before bringing in your consignment. We try to keep these as updated as possible.
