Prep Work 101
A little prep work goes along way...We want your experience to be stress-free and profitable. So here are a few tips to go over before bringing your items to consign.
Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
You'll want to make sure all clothing is freshly laundered and wrinkle free. We're unable to accept items that have storage, smoke or other unpleasant odors.
Be sure to check your items before bringing them to consign. Remove any items with stains, tears/holes, flaws, missing buttons etc.
You'll also want to remove any items with excessive wear, piling, or fading/discoloration.
Presentation is key. Think of it as a return on your investment. Neatly fold items (preferably once in a sandwich fold) and place then in your laundry basket or plastic tote. You'll want to fasten any buttons, zippers etc. to speed up your consignment process in the store.
Any items needing lint rolled (check for those beloved fur baby hairs) will need to be done before you bring them to the store.
Please wipe down all shoes and make sure they are in excellent condition.
We are unable to accept items in trash bags at this time.
