Are you ready to consign? Here's how it works:
Step 1: Review Our Current Intake Guidelines
Our consignment process is designed to keep inventory moving and give your items the best opportunity to sell. Before visiting the consignment counter, please take a moment to review the guidelines below, including intake hours, intake options, and item eligibility.
These updates help us serve our consignors better and keep the store running smoothly.
Step 2: Intake Hours: (Updated Hours Starts Tuesday, February 3)
Consignment intake is available during designated intake hours.
Intake closes one hour before store closing
Items brought in after intake hours cannot be accepted that day
This allows our team the time needed to properly review and receive items.
*These days may change from time to time due to high volume, please call ahead or check back often for updates*
Step 3: Choose Your Intake Option
We offer two intake options to accommodate different schedules while keeping inventory organized and efficient. Please choose the option that works best for you.
Option 1: Sort & Return (Wait In Store)
Consignors wait in store while items are reviewed
Any items we're unable to use are returned to you before you leave
Limit: up to 25 items per consignor per day
Walk-ins welcome- no appointment necessary
This option is great if you'd like immediate feedback.
Option 2: Drop & Run (Limited Daily Spots)
Drop off items and return by close of the next business day to pick up any items we're unable to use
Items not picked up by this time will be donated due to limited space
Limited spots available each day, first-come, first-served
We anticipate spots will fill quickly
Limit: up to 25 items per consignor per day
This option is ideal if you're short on time.
Home decor items are not eligible for Drop & Run due to size and storage needs. These items may need to be reviewed through Sort & Return or during a scheduled appointment.
Step 4: What We're Currently Reviewing
We prioritize in-season, ready-to-sell items to help inventory move quickly. We're currently putting Spring/Summer items on the floor.
New or occasional consignors: In-season items only
Established Consignors: Once you have 15 or more in-season items currently active, you may also bring off-season items
Home décor: We currently accept home goods. We're looking for current home trends that come from stores like Hobby Lobby, Kirklands and similar. Holiday home decor we are currently accepting is limited to St. Patricks Day, Easter, Patriotic.
This helps keep inventory fresh and benefits all consignors.
Year-Round Accepted Items
The following items are reviewed all year long from all consignors, regardless of season:
Holiday-themed clothing, shoes & accessories and bags
Halloween costumes
Jeans (considered a year round staple)
Snow Gear, including: (snow bibs, snow pants, gloves & mittens, ski masks, snow boots)
These items are reviewed year-round based on condition, style and current inventory needs. Year-round items do no count toward the minimum in-season item requirement unless otherwise noted.
Step 5: Item Guidelines/Standards
All items must be:
Folded neatly and placed in a laundry basket, medium size tote or reuseable shopping bag (no hangers required these tend to slow us down)
Clean, gently used, new or in excellent condition
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
Current styles that align with what our customers are shopping for
Item acceptance is at the discretion of our team
*Please know we will do our best to offer you prompt service but ask for your patience and understanding during high volume times. We hope you understand from time to time we may have to pause your check-in or pay-out so that we may serve/check-out a customer waiting.
-We accept clothing, shoes & accessories for the entire family.
(Please check our "Not Accepting" tab for items we are currently full on or not accepting)
-We offer our consignors 50% of the selling price once the item sells.
*There will be times we cannot take in new inventory and have to take a brief pause on consignments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please feel free to check our social media, website or call the store to confirm we are accepting before bringing in your consignment. We try to keep these as updated as possible.
*Please understand we have a limited space and we accept items based on need and trend.
